The CHILD Project is the result of a collaborative research initiative that is housed in, and funded in part by, the Human Early Learning Partnership.

The Consortium for Health, Intervention, Learning and Development (CHILD) is a multi-disciplinary, academic-community partnership project established to undertake research that responds to identified community needs and interests for the health of children 0 to 6 and their families.

Hillel Goelman, Senior Scholar at HELP, is also Director of CHILD. He is part of a team of researchers from BC's six major universities, professionals from diverse community agencies and graduate students in a number of academic disciplines.
